Tiny Mouse Pokémon

Spiky-eared Pichu can only be received by taking the shiny Pichu from an official promotion to Celebi’s shrine in Ilex Forest. Spiky-eared Pichu is always female, cannot evolve, cannot be taken into the Wi-Fi Club or the Union Room, and cannot be transferred to Generation V, but is otherwise a normal Pichu.
Pichu stores electricity in the sacs on its cheeks but discharges it inadvertently when agitated or excited. Being yet immature, the Pokémon's handling of electricity is rather inept.
The Pokémon is charged with static electricity, so contact with it may cause paralysis.
The Pokémon draws in all Electric-type moves. Instead of being hit by Electric-type moves, it boosts its Sp. Atk.
